Website terms

Plain boundaries for using this site.

These terms apply to the ClearForge public website. A signed proposal or engagement agreement governs any client work.

Website information

The website provides general information about ClearForge and its engagement model. It is not legal, accounting, financing, security, or other regulated professional advice. Information may be incomplete or change as the practice develops.

No engagement through the website

Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Services begin only under a written agreement accepted by ClearForge and the client. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Pricing and outcomes

Published pricing describes the stated Ignite scope and is not a promise that every request will be accepted. Taxes, payment terms, schedule, client responsibilities, and any work outside that scope are confirmed in writing. ClearForge does not guarantee funding approval, implementation results, or business performance.

Intellectual property

ClearForge owns the website, its design, and its public content unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for ordinary business evaluation, but may not copy, republish, or misrepresent its content as your own. Ownership and licence terms for client deliverables are set out in the applicable engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or submit content you do not have the right to provide.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ClearForge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada. Terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and date on this page. Questions can begin through the contact page.
