Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before a sales conversation.

The starting scope, commercial boundary, and ownership model should be understandable before you submit an assessment request.

What exactly is Ignite?

Ignite is ClearForge’s fixed-scope starting engagement. It combines a business plan with a vendor-neutral technology and systems blueprint for a total fixed fee of $7,500 CAD.

Do we have to continue into Furnace?

No. You keep the Ignite artifacts and can use them with your own team or another implementation partner. Furnace is proposed separately only if both sides choose to continue.

Does the blueprint prescribe a software vendor?

No. The blueprint defines requirements, operating needs, cost ranges, and sequence. A preferred-provider proposal can be prepared separately after the neutral plan is complete.

How long does an engagement take?

Timing depends on access to the right people and information. ClearForge confirms the working schedule and required inputs before an engagement begins rather than promising a generic timeline.

Does ClearForge guarantee funding or a business result?

No. ClearForge provides analysis, planning, and implementation work. Funding decisions and operating outcomes depend on third parties and on choices outside ClearForge’s control.

What happens to the information in an assessment request?

It is used to review the request and respond about a possible engagement. The privacy notice explains what is collected, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
